Homemade Spaghetti MeatBalls
I cook this special recipe for my birthday and this type of spaghetti is the same as i used to cook back from my country! and its really delicious ! Please Try It! :)
Ingredients:
For Pasta:
1 pack of pasta noodles
1 ½T Salt
For Tomato Sauce:
2 cans of Tomato Sauce
5-7T of Sun Dried Tomatoes
4½lb of Ground Beef
Salt and Pepper (additional: add more if necessary)
A little bit of water
Parmesan Cheese
Finishing:
Parmesan Cheese
Meatballs:
10-12 Meatballs
Directions:
Pasta
Step 1: Boil the water into high heat. then add salt to the water and wait it to boil.
Step 2: When its boiling , Put the pasta into the boiling water and wait for 9-11 minutes.
Step 3:Take out pasta in the hot water by using the Colander and set aside.
Tomato Sauce
Step 1:Heat the Sauce Pan and put a little bit of oil ( not too much, you don't want your sauce to be oily , Ground Beef will release some oils) .
Step 2: Saute the Ground Beef until well cook.
Step 3: Put some of the Sun Dried Tomato.
Step 4: Put the Tomato Sauce and add a little bit of water.
Step 5: let it simmer for 3-5 minutes until its boiling. and add salt and pepper to taste. (add more if necessary).
Step 6: add some Parmesan Cheese to make it creamier.
Meatballs
Step 1: Put it in the oven in 375ºF for 20 minutes if still frozen and if not 10-15 minutes. set aside for toppings
Plating:
Put the pasta into a big bowl or your own plate and put tomato sauce on top (add more if you want saucy) and add the parmesan Cheese and put your toppings. Put some greeny leaves in side if you want to make it more beautiful. and Enjoy!
